Lonnie Johnson visits FSU

Dr. Lonnie Johnson, Executive Director of the Austrian-American Educational Commission at Fulbright, will be visiting Florida State University from Sunday, March 24, 2013 through Monday, March 25, 2013. He will be meeting with both students and faculty during the day as well as giving a presentation in the evening. The presentation, titled “Old Europe and New Europe: Looking back at 1989," will take place at 8:00 p.m. at the Alumni Center.

Dr. Johnson was recently awarded the Austrian Cross of Honor for Science and Art First Class, "for deepening ties between Austria and the United States."

Sunday, March 24: Evening reception for FSU faculty Fulbright Scholars and colleagues interested in Fulbright.  Each former Scholar will be asked to invite at least one interested FSU colleague.
