Joseph McElrath, Ph.D. (English; Academic Affairs), has received the Modern Language Association's Committee on Scholarly Editions seal for a book that he edited, "Life and Times of Frederick Douglass," which will be published by Yale University Press this year. The committee on Scholarly Editions seal indicates that the highest standards for research and the application of appropriate editorial practice have been met.
