Donna Trafford, instructor of Recreation, Tourism and Events at FSU Panama City, has received the State Achievement Award from the Florida Recreation and Park Association. According to the press release, "FRPA presents its Achievement Award annually to an individual who has given special or unusual service to the Association, and who has furthered the parks and recreation profession on a state and national level.  The recipient must have been a member of the Association and been in the field for no less than five years."
